Travelling alone
I have been asked often whether I enjoy travelling alone.
Yes, I do. No, it is not always easy.
Whether travelling alone or in a group, each way of travelling offers many advantages. I can mention only the word "security" to underline the the biggest advantage of travelling in a group.
I accepted all risks involved in travelling alone.
I want to ride as fast or slow as I want to. I want to stop where I want to. I want to have a day of rest whenever my body tells me so. I don't want to better any records. I travel to see and experience. And especially I don't ride to be come the first to ..... do whatever.
Perhaps I am a difficult kind of person that knows only one way and that is My Way (Thanks Frank Sinatra!)
Therefore, I am not avoiding crowds because I don't want to travel with them. I want to make sure that I don't spoil their fun for them.
